THE PĀTAKA INSTITUTE
Welcome to your
Online OGP Portal
Optimal Growth Positions (OGPs) refer to specific postures or positions during and immediately after workout sets that optimize muscle growth, recovery, and overall health. Temporary Sarcomeric Elongation (TSE) occurs when the muscle group is put into the OGP position, leading to more effective muscle elongation. This process helps expel waste products, such as lactate and Carbon Dioxide,
that buildup during exercise and assists absorption of essential growth nutrients, such as Carbohydrates and Amino Acids into the muscle fibers (Sarcomeres).
The Pātaka Institute and the OGP Program was founded and certified by Lee Taituha B.Sc, M.Sc (Hons), Biological Sciences, Human Anatomy, and Physiology with over 30 years of Research and Teaching Experience.
